MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Rahmat Balogun
Yoga Instructor, Healer, Creative
Rahmat has over a decade of experience as an integrative healer and brings a deep well of knowledge to her role as a yoga teacher (RYT 200). Her practice is rooted in her experience as an Osteopathic and Integrative Medicine Physician and deepened by her personal reflective journey. This unique foundation allows her to guide students with a holistic perspective, blending scientific insight and intuitive practices with mindful movement and self-awareness.
Drawing from her background as an athlete, healer, and creative, Rahmat seeks to bring a compassionate approach to her facilitation of spaces. Her intention with each class is to cultivate harmony of mind, body, and spirit, guiding students toward their most radiant selves. With thoughtful, nurturing guidance, she invites students to explore self and deepen mindfulness in a supportive and enriching space. She enjoys holding space for groups, especially those who have been historically marginalized.
In her class, you can expect a steady, grounding flow that builds both physical and mental resilience, coupled with moments of deep relaxation to restore and recharge.
